IT TIME TO KNOW YOUR PET!
There is a call for pet owners to be active participants in their pets health and wellness,
therefore making it easier to catch dysfunction before it escalades into a disease or illness. One
great place to start is to become familiar with the healthy and normal state of your pet.
This can be done by regularly checking your animals eyes, ears, teeth, between their toes &
torso (both top and underneath). If you notice changes in your animals health, such as lumps, rashes, muscle spasms, or
behavioural changes, it is a good idea to keep track of these changes by logging the date and
details into a journal, taking photos or a video.
Get to know your pets allergies or sensitives.
At the end of the day, we know our pets best, therefore as pet owners it is paramount to be
responsible for our pets health & wellbeing.
